Our new tradition for Memorial Day is to go to the cemetery for Scott's family to clean up around all the gravesites where his family members are. We have done this for the past two years and I'm so glad we do it. This year it was amazing because it was such a learning experience for the girls. We talked to them about paying our respects to our lost loved ones, and that this is a place where we go to remember and honor them. It was a great experience, and a very emotional one as well. We cleaned up around seven gravesites, consisting of 12 of Scott's family members. The most honored of them is Scott's grandpa Gene, who is missed so much...

Uncle Mel & Auntie JoJo totally enjoy this time that we get to spend with S,B,E,& S. So much of the time you don't see how much the girls have grown with knowledge and the different things that have formed (personnellity)
